Phase order for chargers in load manager

I have two chargers and configured load manager, and it seems to not start charging (planned charge) with charger nr2 when nr1 is charging at 16A.
I have cars that have 1-phase and 2-phase charging, i have switched phases going to chargers so that i can have both charging with 16A.
If i press mode to now, both are charging, but when its planned, it wont charge with charger nr2, plan start time just keeps going forward by 1,5-2min, untill charger nr1 stops charging. (charger nr1 plan starts first)
It would be great option for users like me, to have it configurable, what is phase order for each charger.

Has there been some change in loadmanager behaviour, as currently it is not possible to put both chargers in NOW, second charger just wont start charging, this was possible at summer, currently running latest v0.131.11
I have two Elli Charger Pro, currently those are running with internal energy meter, but planning on putting those internal energy meter behind Modbus server instead of Eebus.
Then it would be possible to change phase order shown to evcc to match real life setup, would this be enough to make chargers to charge at same time.
