Idaho power has net metering rate set in a interesting way: in summer after 3pm net credit is 1.5x higher vs electricity cost(rest of time its 0.5x), so would need the evcc to act as solar from 7am to 3pm and off after 3pm. Any chance can have it till next summer please?

The simplest solution would be a cron job that set the mode via curl according to your needs

true but having feature in the app would be nicer, and it doesnt strike me as a huge effort (well i will see if i can even add it myself in spring)
MIght be some benefit if it also goes to sleep during night time, so no need to ping meters/EV/charger too often for nothing
