Adding support for a currently unsupported charger that has modbus tcp

Hi all. I have access to a charger and modbus registry documentation for a device that is currently unsupported in evcc. Had a look at creating a PR to add support for the charger. I am no go programmer so this would mainly be copy paste and chatgpt work.

Question for people who have added modbus controllable chargers before:
Is there something like a standard set of modbus parameters that need to be mapped in evcc or a default template to start from?
Had a closer look at a few other modbus chargers (ABB, Alfen, Mennekes) so I guess the answer is no, but any pointers would be welcome.
