1. Where can I fin new firmware version?

2. What can I do if the EM24 looks up?

   Short answer:

• Install newest firmware on EM24 and Venus OS.
• Do not configure the EM24 as a direct grid counter via modbus TCP in the EVCC config.
• Use the Victron Templates from EVCC instead, so that only Victron is asking the EM24 and EVCC is asking VENUS OS.

Thank you for this information.
My EM24 also hangs up with firmware 1.6x. Now i have changed the template to victron-energy and upgrade the EM24 to 1.7x.
