Summary

If an optional addon dependency is defined with an version, the addon can still be load, if it is required by another addon.

e.g.

A--opt-depend-->B:1.0
C--opt-depend-->B:2.0

C may wrongly think B is loaded.

the FCITX_ADDON_DEPENDENCY_LOADER maybe updated to check this extra version info, since AddonInfo is already parse of AddonInstance
