Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit the repro demo: https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/sunburst-tooltip-4mrkg6
Mouse over the "Office Supplies" slice

Expected Result:

The tooltip should display the following values...
Profit: 122,490.80
Sales: 719,047.03
Quantity: 22,906.00
Discount: 947.80

Actual Result:

Profit: 123,679.90
Sales: 719,047.03
Quantity: 647.00
Discount: 14.60

Environment:

Version 3.3.0
