Cannot pan the view when an item is selected

Describe the bug
I upgraded to the latest version on Windows 10 and I noticed that when any object on the canvas is selected, then I can't pan the view around using the middle-mouse button. But when using a stylus pen and holding alt and moving the pen, only then I can pan the view while an item is selected.

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to pan around the view of the canvas while selecting an item in order to move the selected object around.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• App Version: Rnote v0.11.0
• Installation Source: Releases on Github installer
• Input Source: Mouse and Stylus on an external tablet

Probably a regression introduced between 0.10.2 and 0.11, not sure exactly where though.

Testing on main it seems to work (probably fixed by d7f693d )
