Drawing lines while hovering over the Touchscreen

Describe the bug
Greetings.
I have an issue on my Linux Surface tablet. When ever I hover with my stylus over the screen and move around with the other hand, drawing lines are being created between the stylus and the touchpoint.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hover over your touch screen with the stylus
2. Use your other hand to move around on the touchscreen
3. Observe artifacts

Expected behavior
Being able to move and zoom with the other hand, without creating any drawing lines.

Console Output
No notable console output for this issue.
