Glyphs don't fall back to the global horiz-adv-x attribute #66

The SVG font specification states that if a glyph doesn't specify a horiz-adv-x attribute it should use the one specified on the font element.

Svg2ttf doesn't seem to do this and appears to use whichever was the last one specified instead?
