Audit container and alignment behavior and implement default

Constraint Adjustments:

• Please update the theme.json layout parameters to set the "contentSize" and "wideSize" to px widths more standard to our current designs. "wideSize" is intended to be the max width constraint on items leveraging the alignWide property on blocks and other items such as the nav. "contentSize" is intended for paragraph and other readable text in locations like articles.

Template Part Audit

• Please do an audit of the existing template parts to ensure that:
• The constrain parameter is applied only as necessary (we might have multiple elements nested with constrains)
• When a content type has content added, the alignment max width is respected (none (should be the contentSize in theme.json), align wide, align full)
• Please verify each html file in the /parts folder is updated as needed.
