Step:
1, Create a lead , (The lead was created 10 minutes ago in the video),
2, Add a test comment ( in the video it was 4 minutes ago),
3, Check the "Last Modified" of the Leads.

Actual result: Last Modified is 10 minutes ago

Expected: Last Modified should be 4 minutes ago. It should be updated when new Activity(new mail, new comment, new task, new Notes etc) was accured.

The Last Modified field by default displays the time when the document (e.g., Lead) was last updated. However, we want a field that reflects the most recent activity on the Lead (such as communication records or task updates with the customer), rather than just the last update time of the Lead itself.
The two are distinct: the former tracks changes to the document, while the latter includes tracks interactions or events associated with the Lead.
