Capitalization changes for metadata #1930

Hi team, could you make the following capitalization changes to the Tracker's metadata fields?

All cases' metadata:
Change "Incident Details" to "Incident details"
Change "Date of Incident" to "Date of incident"

Legal Case metadata:
Change "Case Status" to "Case status"

Priority: low
