! Description: The font situation on many Japanese websites is kind-of absolutely atrocious on Windows (Other OSs are much less affected). They use super-stiff janky fonts resemblant of Windows 95 or Amiga. And even worse, many of the sites also default to the stiff Japanese fonts' atrocious Latin letter types. Here's how to use the sites in a way that is compatible with the 3rd decade of the 21st century.
! 🇯🇵: Windows における多くの日本語サイトのフォント状況はまったくもってゾッとします（他のOSでは遥かにマシです）。Windows 95 か Amiga を思わせるギッザギザのクズフォントが使用されており、さらに悪いことにそういったサイトの多くは、欧文書体に至ってもこのゾッとするギザギザ日本語フォントをデフォルトとして採用しているのです。令和の時代に相応しくサイトを利用する方法は次のとおりです。
! Note: I understand it as such that Japanese tech users can get annoyed about some Unicode font blunders that led to some kanji looking incorrect in many fonts. If any of the below fonts are affected by this, inform me about it on GitHub.
! Note 2: Many more sites can be fixed by installing "Optional features → Show features → Extra Japanese fonts" in Windows 10/11 to get the Meiryu font (but whose kana are ugly); or by uninstalling "MS PGothic" from your system entirely. But even then, Latin letters can look slightly strange.
! Note 3: Starting 10 April 2024, South Korean Hangul sites can also become softened in extraordinarily bad cases, e.g. https://www•nintendo•co•kr/news?idx=164
