Gatsby hydration don't worked after migration to v5

Hi everyone!
After updating gatsby from v4 to v5 I facing a problem with opening pages.
I see that on click on pages links app-data.json and page-data.json is loaded successfully, but page content is not changed. I assume this relates to hydration logic.

What I've already tried:

• use different gatsby version 5.9 / 5.11 / 5.13
• deactivating plugins
• migrate Helmet to Head API
• recreate codebase step by step
