Functionome browser improvements: add some additional links from the functionome browser to other sites

Add some additional links from the functionome browser to other sites, both internal and external:

• AmiGO
• QuickGO ?
• NCBI?
• Ensembl?
• Links to downloads of functionome annotations (GAF)
• From functionome gene detail page, link to evolutionary model for family (at pantree.org) and (maybe) link to all experimental annotations at AmiGO and/or QuickGO

The link to AmiGO has been added, and we won't add links to QuickGO or Ensembl for now. Please add the following links:

1. On the gene page, under external links, add one more link to NCBI Gene, using the following URL pattern: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/?term=Q9H568 (the term is the Swiss-Prot identifier)
2. On the menu, clicking on Downloads currently shows two choices: as CSV, as JSON. The menu should have more choices:

• all data as CSV (link is same as current "as CSV")
• all data as JSON (link is same as current "as JSON")
• annotations as GAF (link to http://data.pantherdb.org/ftp/downloads/paint/pango/... - @dustine32 will make the file by concatenating the GAFs that are already there
• evolutionary models as GAF (link to http://data.pantherdb.org/ftp/downloads/paint/pango/IBD.gaf)
