Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a failure rate alert with a 5 minute interval and the following thresholds:

Expected Result

When the failure rate goes above the thresholds, the alert is triggered.

Actual Result

The failure rate goes over the thresholds but the alert is not triggered.
