Unable to delete Providers

I am unable to delete providers

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the admin interface
2. navigate to your providers
3. check any provider
4. Select "Delete"

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Removes the Provider

The latest version of authentik is 2024.12.1. Have you tried updating and seeing if the issue is resolved?
