Tested versions

  • Reproducible in: v4.4.beta3.official

System information

Godot v4.4.beta3 - macOS Sonoma (14.5.0) - Multi-window, 1 monitor - OpenGL 3 (Compatibility) - Apple M1 - Apple M1 (8 threads)

Issue description

Any node is able to be renamed while on the import tab
Image
idk if this is a bug or a feature, but it does looks weird
idk if this is mac specific issue

Steps to reproduce

  • create/open any project
  • open any scene with a node in it
  • click on any node on the scene tab
  • go to the import tab
  • press Enter (rename shortcut in Mac)
  • notice how a textbox to rename the node appears

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

It looks like the Scene tab has some kind of focus priority.
