Future Semester (Spring 2024) shows up by default on initial load of page

Describe the bug
Future semester shows up, but there should not be any data available yet. I put another issue with the crawler: gt-scheduler/crawler-v2#19, which shows data for 202402.json, but I don't believe it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior. Example:

1. Open gt-scheduler for the first time (e.g. in incognito window)
2. Spring 2024 semester is selected

Expected behavior
Current registration semester (Fall 2023) should be selected

Additional context
I believe this is probably an issue with gt-scheduler crawler. Maybe changing the published index.json to not include 202402.json will fix this.
