Just got the following message after killing 4 silver dragons summoned via reverse genocide on lvl 5, looting 2 sets of silver dragon scales and returning to lvl 4.

Paniclog file content:
3.6.6 20221014 071719 1 -: trickery Cannot open file "1Naina.4" for level 4 (errno 2).

Release:
NetHack-Android v3.6.6-2 unstable

Device: unrooted xiaomi mi pad pro 5G.
