描述一下此特性

如同 #6715 ，显然分类与标签也存在此类问题。与此同时，建议分类和标签也可预设多种别名生成规则以供选择。

根据普遍需求来说，分类和标签的别名通常建议手动设置为可读的，所以我不确定其他规则是否有必要。

我通常添加新标签时是在发布文章时输入新标签直接回车，如果需要更改别名需要去标签那再改一次
