Describe this feature

当前的用户角色没有默认头像设置，导致每个用户如果没有手动修改头像的话头像会显示成名称首字母的方式，很不美观
希望管理员权限能对每个角色设置角色的默认头像

后续可能会支持给一个用户分配多个角色，用角色头像作为用户的缺省头像似乎不太靠谱。

那不根据角色做默认头像，就直接设置下注册用户的默认头像呢，现在的头像太难看了
