  <center id="about"><h1>Hi! I'm Lauren.</h1></center>
  <p>
    I’m a junior at the <a href="https://www.ucf.edu" target="_blank"> University of Central Florida</a> in Orlando majoring in Computational Mathematics. I'm spending this summer abroad conducting research into AI-powered dynamic storytelling systems at the University of Ilmenau, University of Technology in Ilmenau, Germany.     After Germany, I'll be spending the fall semester at Apple as a Software Engineer Intern on the Network Media team.
