New templates for forum

The forum uses a fork of DjangoBB and needs new templates, in this repo, to properly integrate it into the website.

Vanilla looks great but does not seem to function with Javascript disabled. I would much prefer that but then I also love Discourse (the idea to use it was floated in the Discord channel recently) and maybe my extremist (but so reasonable! ;) ) views should not hinder development too much...

Any forum should suffice. I would much prefer one without the modern attention-grabbing reactions, achievements, notifications and what not. If that was not included or at least globally disable-ble it would be great!

This is more about layout and design rather than functionality. There is another task to look at forum alternatives.
