Hue Integration - Brightness slider not working as it should (like in Hue Apps)

The problem

Hi,

in Hue Apps, if you change the brightness of a room, all lights that are currently powered on are changed.
But in HA, the slider turns on all lights of the room.
It would be nice if this could at least be configured.
IMO it makes no sense and it is not the default like all Hue Apps work.
