请跑个signer_test.go或者sm3_test.go的UT，然后打开DEBUG，UT中，两个Test的query参数分别为limit=1和key=value，通过反射之后你拿不到任何query参数，然后return的URL中就没有query，后续的Hash和sign得到的结果一连串都不一样了

举个例子
预期：GET https:www.xxx.com?limt=1&xxxx
实际：GET https:www.xxx.com?xxxx
