Running ./redstack install under Precise Pangolin fails because the kvm-pxe package has been deleted from the precise release's repository

Looks like this exists for oneric, but is deleted for precise:

A workaround is to download the package from the oneric repository and manually install it on precise.

However, we should figure out what the replacement package is for precise and update the script to use install and use that package instead.
