Options Menu for graph matching contribution adjustments when pushing to local database #762

Provide a menu on the right hand panel under the Map tab for the user to:

Adjust the percentage match to consider a matching node in the local database.
Adjust the percentage contribution of the incoming nodes for porcess matching in local database.
Adjust the percentage contribution of the outgoing nodes for porcess matching in local database.
Adjust the percentage contribution of the agent nodes for porcess matching in local database.

Provide these options and then incorporate them in the backend queries to the local database.
