Please explain:
Inferno is reporting the following error:
Provenance: Provenance.recorded: minimum required = 1, but only found 0 (from http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-provenance)

Could not find Provenance.recorded in the 3 provided Provenance resource(s)

This Provenance resource has Provenance.recorded with "data-absent-reason extension:
