0.15.0 antivirus warning and about as 0.16.1 beta #509

Hi everyone

The new release (0.15.0) activate warnings from antivirus on inklecat_win.exe file

The previous release doesn't trigger the antivirus

And on About window is making reference as 0.16.0-beta version
