Mesoscope imaging alignment

The objective is to find a robust way to determine MLAPDV atlas coordinates for each FOV pixel and ROI location.
We hope to use the following methods:

• Estimated brain location using surgical craniotomy coordinate (Mesoscope brain location #656)
• Estimated brain location using surgical craniotomy coordinate, accounting for objective angle (Extract mesoscope MLAPDV based on plane coordinates #872)
• Functional alignment using retinotopic mapping
• Structural alignment using surface alignment of ex vivo serial section volume
