Select Options dropdown is still not functioning properly

Everytime I go to use this component - it still doesn't work.

onClick, index should not be used (as discussed before)
I need extra props like:
initialText
icon
iconPosition
type (primary-secondary)

and each option should have the following
_value: '',
text: ''

also - if you allow the icon to be changed - we should probably allow another icon for when it's open.

Needs to use all paddings, margins, spacing and colors from the ui-kit variables
