All versions up to 1.0.6.

Describe the bug

Docker Compose V2 uses hyphens rather than underscores for container filenames. This breaks invenio-cli functionality that relies on container filenames, e.g. execute_cli_command. There are several workarounds to reenable the old functionality in Docker Desktop, but Compose V1 is reaching end of life.
