UX: Lack of emphasis on creatibutors search prompt

The contrast of the help text is way too low

• The help text reads "Search for persons by name, identifier, or affiliation..." but it is extremely difficult to see as the contrast is way too low (1.08:1). The text color should at least match the color of "Family name" which is #abadb1 (2.24:1), but if we want to achieve WCAG AA it should be at least #767676 (4.54:1)

The input should be labelled

• The label should say "Search"
