Allays do not dance when an Album Jukebox is playing music

Not sure whether to classify this as a feature request, since it's not in the mod, or a bug since Parrots do, but it would be appreciated if Allays were able to dance and therefore put into a state where they can be duplicated by an Album Jukebox.
