Cloudbees Jenkins v246 not coming up due to Sumologic publisher plugin

Hi team,

we have installed Cloudbess v246 on Staging server and installed the following plugins, the jenkins service is not coming due to Sumologic publisher plugin v2.2.6. Below is the error that is showing up:

Cloudbess OC version - v2.462.3.3-rolling, OS version - Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.5 (Ootpa)
Coludbees CC version - v2.462.3.3-rolling, OS version - Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.5 (Ootpa)

Reproduction steps

1. When the Sumologic publisher plugin is installed on Cloubess jenkins Server v2.462.3.3-rolling, jenkins service is not coming up
2. When the plugin is uninstalled the jenkins service is coming up.

Expected Results

We need to get the jenkins service working with sumologic publisher plugin installed

Actual Results

1. When the Sumologic publisher plugin is installed on Cloubess jenkins Server v2.462.3.3-rolling, jenkins service is not coming up
2. When the plugin is uninstalled the jenkins service is coming up.
