method CPUTimes.getCpuUsage(previous) returns 0 for 100% cpu usage #4

The reason is:

if (idleMillis == previous.idleMillis || getTotalMillis() == previous.getTotalMillis()) {
return 0;
}

The idle milliseconds are compared. For 100% usage they are equal and 0 is returned.

Fixed in 0.3.3
