Describe the bug
When an athlete succeeding breaking a new personal best, the results don't get reflected in the scoreboard personal best table + the results don't get updated in the athlete details.

owlcms version
version 4.40.0

To Reproduce
Create an athlete with a personal best
break the personal best
observe

Expected behavior
Scoreboard results should reflect the athlete's new personal best

I could also call it "previous personal best" :-)
