I agree to follow the Code of Conduct that this project adheres to.
I have searched the issue tracker for a feature request that matches the one I want to file, without success.

Copy as Text is a feature of draw.io that's available from the Edit drop-down menu within the Style tab of the Format sidebar.

So, if this functionality had:

an entry within the Edit menu and
the hotkey: Ctrl-Shift-C (preferably) assigned to it

I'd be a lot more efficient using drawio

(I know about the Paste unformatted text and it just doesn't work when custom styles are in play)
