Versions on Conda-Forge & Pypi

I am assuming this version should then be made available to pip and conda. For instance someone created a conda recipe for geowombat but its pointing to version 1.2.0 and no tarballs seem to exist (using that convension) for more recent versions.

I am happy to help do this but I don't have a clear vision of the steps we need to take.

I found the following for pypi but seems like you might have to do it and conda looks easy enough to update if I can figure out how to generate/find the tarball.
