Property Removal

If there is no image in the note, but there is in the property, the property is deleted.
This is a problem, because before this plugin existed many notes used a property with an image to use it with a banner. Every time such a note is opened you lose the banner image.

The option to keep the property empty should be improved so that it also does not delete the property, whether it is empty or not.
