FR: Option for 'thumbnails' folder to be located inside the default attachment folder

I would love to be able to set the 'thumbnails' folder to be stored inside the Obsidian attachments folder instead of a single vault path. This would mean that there could be multiple thumbnail folders depending on if the user has the attachment folder set to be relative to the note, e.g. in subfolder of the current note.
