TestValidateResolvConf is partially failing

For the last few days TestValidateResolvConf has started partially failing on CI, unsure if this is a Docker change or something broke in a series of merges.

I currently cannot reproduce it locally, so might only be CI.

Updated my local installation and still no:

This seem to be a docker/runner issue so I wont let it hold up a release.
