No devices shown in Home Assistant

Everything seems to work, but HA does not show devices. I am sure I use the same account as in the Onecta app....what could it be?

I have the same problem. I was able to link my account to home assistant but my AC unit does not show. I have a few differences, I have a Goodman AC unit, but it uses the Daikin controller. The Goodman App says it can do 3rd Party integrations, as well as, Google assistant and Alexa. I feel like this should work, but I am probably missing a step. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same issue because I didn't tick the box at the beggining asking if I allow them to have control over my devices.

Well! That is strange! It was checked....but I installed it again....saw that it was checked and unchecked it, and checked it again. And now it works! Thanks for the clue, but strange that is shows a checked box, but it is actually not checked!
