Review replies result in "Not found" error

Tried to reply to a review comment, which had one existing reply. After typing my comment and submitting, a "Not found" toast appeared and no other changes occurred.

This issue might be the same as issue #2578. I think it contains is a bit more information.

I fixed this problem by logging into FastHub using a personal authentication token.
