I am also having this problem. I just downloaded a file but I can't find ,and I can't find an option to change the download path.
my phone is android 10

Temporary Solution 1:
For now you can move the files you've downloaded from FastHub to different directories this will keep the download folder clean and you will not have problem finding the files.

Solution 2:
Change the sorting order to date modified. You will get recent files first.

You can install various packages such as git, vim, nano, python, etc.
