如speech_timestamp_prediction-v1-16k-offline等模型专用于时间预测。。

https://modelscope.cn/models/iic/speech_timestamp_prediction-v1-16k-offline 可以了解哈 比如数字人之类的可能就需要这种功能 有语音有文字只需要获取对应的时间戳
