Add reverb presets for areas that aren't covered yet

include/AL/efx-presets.h seems to lack some reverb presets that could be useful:

• for areas with snow
• for deserts
• driving in a truck
• inside an airplane
• inside a train wagon
• inside a tent

Are those presets used by existing games/apps?
Someone made a plugin for GTA San Andreas that reused no-rain zones into reverb zones and used the Quarry preset, but I wonder if we could instead have new presets specifically for tunnels/underpasses.

But more importantly, how would we get those values? eyeball/play it by ear by painstakingly tweaking parameters till it matches a reference recorded impulse responses? Also asking because it'd be useful in #1043 👀👌
