Is there support for "prevent overlap" option seen in Gephi?

I forked this and added a command line option which just turns on adjustSizes (which is, I believe, "prevent overlap"). It seems to be working for small graphs I test but not at all for large graphs I test (2D or 3D). When I try the "Prevent Overlap" option in Gephi it seems to work well. I'm trying to track down how you modified the original ForceAtlas2 such that this wouldn't work, but I'm not seeing anything
