- Support arbitrary scale maps, either with "ok" inference on the fly or
determined in the MosaicJSON using asset strings encoded as JSON with
urlandmap_boundskeys. - Include CLI scripts as part of the package, but not including dependencies by default
- Better MosaicJSON selection algorithm. Better year selections.
- Don't round cutline parameters
